Seller note:

Super clean family cruiser, Canadian built with excellent fit and finish. This boat has more storage available than any other boat we have ever seen in this size range! LOA is ~27' 10".
In beautiful shape, VERY well maintained and lovingly cared for. Marine survey and compression tests in 2010.
As turn-key boat, just load your clothes, kitchenware and groceries then you can head out.
For the turn key price you get: a full camper top c/w new screens, 2 triple racks w/6 fenders, dock lines, an anchor roller with two anchors (1-Delta Fast Set; 1 - Danforth), bow rails, courtesy lights, deck sun pad, transom door to large built in swim platform c/w boarding ladder AND a transom H/C shower. Bow Pulpit. Also has the tonneau cover.
The cockpit is large and spacious with an "L" bench configuration c/w removable table, map and equipment storage and a separate transom bench, dry bar, fluids and tool storage. It is bright, open, well laid out and has a comfortable, well designed helm with tilt steering. There are transom trim tabs as well as power stern drive tilt controls at your fingertips. Cockpit will comfortably sit 7 adults. Nav aids
include: Compass, Lowrance depth sounder, Ray Marine VHF DSC Class D radio, Lowrance Elite 5M Chart Plotter and a full compliment of nav lights.
Also a helm remote controlled bow pulpit spot light.
Below decks is also bright, open and spacious with large side windows, patterned pastel curtains, mini blinds and matching upholstery. Extensive cabin lighting, great flow through ventilation from one large and two small portholes. There is a large, handy hanging locker right beside the galley at the bottom of the cabin entranceway.
The aft cabin is almost queen sized with plenty of head room. It also has a hanging storage locker and two other clothes/gear storage lockers along with two portholes and an escape hatch. There are also two small individual storage cabinets at the head of the cabin one for each side.
Ahead of the galley there is a large V birth and sleeping for additional people by converting the dinette. In all, the boat sleeps 4 adults and one/two small children very comfortably.
The port side galley has the main electrical command center on the left above the hanging locker. A 12VDC/120 VAC fridge, cutting board, microwave, sink with h/c water, two burner alcohol/electric stove and two huge cupboards below.
The starboard side dinette sits four adults comfortably and converts to a small bunk for one/two children. There are two large storage cupboards under the seats along with two huge storage compartments below cushions towards the starboard side.
The starboard head is a full stand-up design of sealed fiberglass and a newer marine toilet, sink, shower, plenty of storage and its own porthole. Great stand up clearance for most people.
The engine compartment is neat, tidy and clean. It holds the hot water tank, all mechanical and hydraulic systems, two marine batteries and a 1500 W inverter, the fuel tank, water tank and waste water holding tank, fire extinguisher system and fume detector. As a bonus feature this MercCruiser has the Bravo II stern drive which is considered one of the most robust designs Mercury ever built. Full service manuals, spare prop and fluids included.
In addition, there is both a pressurized dockside water system and on board holding tank for cold water. There is also a dockside shore power system with a command center in the main cabin as mentioned above.
This boat has been VERY well maintained, super clean (as the photos show) and in addition to the epoxy anti-foul bottom paint ($5K value) it has had the following upgrades:
2004 - Entire new helm gauge package c/w JVC removable face plate stereo C/D player
2007 - New deep cycle marine batteries (2), compass and carpets throughout
2008 - new hot water tank
2010 - New Ray Marine VHF DSC Class D radio c/w external marine speaker, Lowrance Elite 5M Chart Plotter, triple fender racks, 2 - extendable Davis boat hooks, Dickson SeaBQ and on-shore portable gas single burner stove, air horn, bilge pump. PLUS all new safety equipment throughout
2011 - New Delta fast set 22 lbs anchor, 200' of 5/8" anchor line, 15' galvanized chain, all new sacrificial anodes on stern drive, new camper top screens, engine compartment gas shocks, 1500 Watt inverter. New power supply for the fridge. Late season addition includes brand new custom made on-board aluminum gas tank. I also just installed a brand new dual zone shore powered 110V to 12VDC battery charger.
This is a great family or couples boat, suitable for extended cruising and will be available at Portland immediately for pick up/transfer to the lucky purchaser. This price reflects a $9K loss for me so price leaves very little room for negotiation but talk to me anyway and we'll see.
